Role Overview:
Manage & optimize sales support and back-office functions, ensuring accurate order processing, compliant documentation, and smooth coordination with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Sales administration (orders, forecasts, quotations, tenders, distributor agreements)
✔ Coordination with supply chain, logistics & warehouse
✔ Tender monitoring, submissions & follow-ups
✔ CRM data accuracy & MIS reporting
✔ Distributor/customer tracking & compliance
✔ Support with pricing, documentation & regulatory paperwork
✔ Partner with Finance on policies, receivables & audits
Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor’s in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Business Administration (MBA preferred)
📌 5–7 yrs experience in Sales Administration / Commercial Ops (IVD, Molecular Diagnostics, Life Sciences, Healthcare)
💻 Proficient in MS Office, CRM & LIMS tools
